107. Why I Disagree With the Medical Medium on Migraine Triggers
In this episode, I’m responding to a Medical Medium reel about migraine triggers and breaking down where I think the conversation goes off track.
I talk about dehydration, electrolytes, B12, stress hormones, caffeine, allergies, and sinus issues, but more importantly, I explain why these things are often stressors, not true root causes.
My main point is that migraines don’t happen just because of one food, one supplement deficiency, or one bad day. They happen when the body has lost resilience and vitality and can no longer adapt well to stress. I also share why I’m skeptical of quick-fix migraine advice and why real healing means looking at physiology, digestion, nutrient delivery, and the deeper blockers keeping your body stuck in the migraine zone.
