83. Emily’s Breakthrough: From Daily Head Pain to Food Freedom
My client “Emily” ate brownies on her birthday.

When we started working together three months ago, Emily had daily head pain, migraines flaring on top of it, and she was following the GAPS diet (one of the most restrictive elimination diets out there).
